The Process

From your initial inquiry, our team handles your project as if we ourselves are the client. In other words, we treat you the way we would want to be treated.

We like to have you stop by the showroom so we’re able to have a general idea of what you’d like to accomplish with your project.

Fact finding questions include:

Is this your forever home? Do you have a vision for space? If not, what have you always dreamed would be perfect? What are the priorities…Do you like to cook? Are there multiple cooks? How many would be seated if we add an overhang somewhere? Do you have a target completion date? Have you given much thought to your new countertops? Will you be replacing your existing appliances-floor- ceiling- lighting?

We take a lot of time making sure you’re equipped with the tools you need to make your decisions. And we remain that resource until the project is done.

The next step is a visit to measure your space. Our designer will also take some pictures and possibly record a video. These are so valuable for everyone to reference throughout the project.

As soon as we have a few designs drawn, you’ll be able to come back for another visit to view your space up on the big screen. Here, it really becomes a collaborative effort. You’ll leave with renderings for further review. It may take more than one appointment to determine the best layout. It has to be right.
